Update On Joanne

Last evening while driving Darcy from the hospital to her cousin Darian's soccer game, she reached over and punched me on the arm saying "Punch buggy, no punch back".

Being the gentle grandfatherly type that I am, I inquired "What the hell was that for!" Darcy explained "Poppa, that's what your supposed to do when you see one of those cars" "What cars?" I growled. "You know, one of those cars that is like round in the front and back and kinda like has those round things on the side, the same in like the front and back" "Oh" I said, "A Volkswagen ..." "Beetle" she interjected.

A couple of minutes of silence followed as I scanned the horizon and every driveway and possible parking place for a Bug. She must have noticed me "It doesn't count if they're not driving on the road Poppa"
