Update On Joanne

Dear Mike Daquano,
My name is Michele Lauzon, and I am an old student of your wife’s. I recently received news of her condition, and began writing her a letter. However, as I was preparing to send the letter, an old friend of mine from Georgetown told me of the blog that you had set up and that only private e-mails would be accepted. I realize that you and your family are terribly busy at the moment and therefore I do not expect a reply. I simply wish to let her know what an influence she was and still is in my life; she has made an imprint on me like no other. I want her to know how wonderfully one of her students ended up growing up, in hopes that this may help bring her some joy. Here is the letter, saved as an attachment.
