Update On Joanne

Jo and Mike, ... I have sat down at this computer at least a dozen times with the intent of sending along a message to you. And a dozen times I have searched for the right words ... Although we see you at the hospital I felt it was important to let you know, ... one more time, ... that we all love you both very much ... Jo, ... you are my hero ... Your determination and courage is untouchable ... Your sense of humour has been comforting and entertaining ... (I still chuckle over Candy Cane and Street Walker) ... I always enjoy our conversations ... Some time ago I sent you a rather lenghty e-mail about how us girls have to stick together ... I likened our relationships to that of "Steel Magnolia's" ... Well, those words play true here ... if you can remain strong then so can we!! .... Mike, ... you are truly Joanne's rock! ... I watch you when you are with her, ... and she seems so much more relaxed when you are there by her side ... You are loved my friend, ... and we are all here for you if you need anything at all ..... Rest and sleep well Jo, ... We'll see you soon ...
