Update On Joanne

Talk about friends…….I had the honor of organizing the Celtic Pub night in November for Joanne and Mike. I had the hall booked and was keenly printing off the tickets. Ticket sales were going along good and we were getting close to our limit (the number of people that could be on the premises). Just when I thought the final ticket had gone – Kay would call up and tell me she needed another 10 tickets…….and this didn’t happen just once. Although I was starting to wake up with panic attacks thinking we would be shut down for overcrowding – I realized just how loved Joanne and Mike truly were. Your friends and family came out to show you just that. As Mike said later that night "there is a lot of love in the room tonight”.

Joanne, just before the pub you e-mailed me and wrote “I am glad that this dancing thing has made me some new and hopefully lifelong friends”. You can say that again – this dancing thing has made some lifelong friends – and for that we are blessed.
