Wow ! ... from Snow Lake

WOW!!! What an amazing blog!! There is a whole lotta love in this room!!

Joanne, even though you don't see me or hear from me very often, you have been in my thoughts and prayers since you were first diagnosed.

You are one special lady to be surrounded by so many family and friends that care so deeply about you and whose lives you've touched, enhanced and inspired in so many ways.

I remember watching your TV special and you saying ..." This is reality in your face ..." what a powerful statement!! It really made me stop and think and look at things in perspective ...

Joanne I just want you to know that you are a true role model for us all. The strength, courage and determination that you have shown the world makes me feel honoured to say you are my cousin and friend!!

Joanne, Mike and kids ... Aunty Kay and family ... you are in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time. Be strong and know that you are not alone. Our deepest love goes out to you all!!

Comments:
This is my third attempt at this !!
Not too good at the whole computer thing.
I just want to say the Jo and Mike are the best people that I have ever met.
I remember when I lived two doors down from them and Target would show up and cry outside my door.
Jo would call to see if he was there, and sometimes he stayed for days. Then Darcy would come over with a snarl on her face and say, "He's not your dog you know"
Tough as her Mom.
And on Sundays, Mike would walk up the path with a bag of beer in one hand and chips in the other !!!
He would throw himself on the couch and watch football all day !!!! (I just worked around him)
But when I sold my house and had no place to really move to,,they were there.
I went to their house and stayed a few days until I figured it out. There was never a question about it.
The door was always open for anyone who needed it.
I hope that you know that my door will always be open too.
Love you all
