Update On Joanne

Ah Joanne …the weather outside is not ideal (at least for me). It is cool and gray with rain in the forecast. Not what we usually have on this the last wonderful weekend of the summer. So I am reading this blog as I do rather impulsively every day at least twice if not three times, and as I am reading it I see over and over again words of love expressed but also words saying that you are an inspiration, a hero, someone who is worthy … and you know they are all so accurate and true but I remember talking to you over lunch and coffee at our haunt at Erin Mills Town Centre and you saying that you didn’t want people to say those things to you …you didn’t feel like an inspiration, a hero or anything remotely like someone to look up to. WELL JO Hate to tell you but you are and always will be to everyone you have met in your life … a HERO and INSPIRATION. It is just who you are, what you are, your essence girl. Having been blessed with knowing you I have to agree with all the words that have been written here by the people close to you, the people you know well, the people you are acquaintances with and the friends of the people you know.

Songs will be written about you, memories of all the crazy and wonderful moments we were able to share with you will be repeated and spoken of for many years to come. So my dear there you have it … no matter how much you didn’t want it to happen …you are our hero and we love you (and I love you too).

So rain or no rain, there is this ray of sunshine I see whenever I think of you, Mike, Dylan, Dean and Darcy.
