I have been reading the blog everyday and wanted to let you know that my prayers are with you.I went to school with Mike and Joanne and they were amazing people even back then. They always said hello and it didn't matter what crowd you were in. Joanne would be sitting in the cafe doing her homework every day while Mike was the comedian. He always had a joke and would make everyone laugh. Joanne you are a terrific woman and an inspiration to us all. I see you at the hockey games and you and Mike are always cheering your son on, I think that mike yells a little bit louder as the whole arena can hear him.
You should take pride in knowing that you have 3 wonderful children and a great husband who all love you very much.

Just wanted to let you know that we are thinking of you all so much. All day...every day! Praying for strength from the Lord God, to be with you through this. Scripture tells us that God doesn't give us anything that we cannot handle. And although it is such a horrible time right now, it is a show of Gods faith in you, as a Christian family, that you can bind together in his love, and trust in Him to help you conquer all things through Him. And you certainly have. We pray with you everyday.
